Use this guide to understand the fulfillment options available for your Encore Surfaces order. The exact option shown on a product page or during checkout applies to that item.

Standard Shipping

Most in-stock tile orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on the destination, order size, and carrier. Smaller orders may travel by parcel carrier, while larger orders may require freight delivery.

Free shipping applies only when it is specifically displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Samples

When a product offers a sample option, sample shipping is available nationwide. Products without a sample option will not display sample-shipping information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our Anaheim, California fulfillment warehouse. Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving. This is a fulfillment facility and is not open to the public as a retail showroom.

Slabs and Custom Freight

Slabs are available for local pickup. Depending on the order and destination, we may also be able to arrange custom freight shipping. Because slab freight must be quoted individually, standard shipping rates are not shown at checkout. Please contact us for availability, handling details, and a freight quote.
