Encore was fantastic in sending out quickly the two tile samples requested! I like this tile very much but the other tile sample which I loved in the photos was a disappointment. As the sample is only a quarter of the full size tile, the pattern that is revealed is so unfinished that it looks comical with the medallions unrecognizable. It becomes an abstract representation of disconnected colors. This where it becomes important to see the full size tile in a store! Otherwise, Encore provided great service.
