Excellent customer service. They stayed in touch on my order and made sure I was satisfied all the way through to receiving the tile. We had a couple of boxes of broken tile which with as much as we ordered was not significant at all. The tile is exactly what we wanted. So excited to use this in our laundry room and bath and definitely recommend Encore as a business. Would order from them again if I had it all to do over again!
